Your new role
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking experienced Multi Skilled Operators to join their production team at a major open-cut coal operation in the Bowen Basin. Working a 7/7 day and night roster, you will be responsible for operating multiple pieces of mining equipment across production activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations while meeting production targets. You will work within a highly skilled team and contribute to a positive site culture focused on safety, teamwork and operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous mining experience operating two (2) or more pieces of production equipment, including:
- CAT D9, D10 and D11 Dozers
- CAT 24M and Komatsu GD955 Graders
- Komatsu WA600 and WA900 Loaders
- CAT 789 and CAT 793 Mechanical Dump Trucks

- Ability to demonstrate competency on multiple production machines




- Current RII Machinery Competencies relevant to equipment operated
- Ability to DIDO to site or utilise BIBO services from Mackay or Townsville
- Current Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Ability to complete a National Police Check
- Reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to safety
- Contactable employment references
