The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a warehouse & forklift operator to join our Pakenham Logistics team, on a permanent full-time basis.

This role is based on the Afternoon Shift working Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11:06pm Key responsibilities of the role:

- Safe operation of the forklift
- Issuing and returning raw materials from Production Lines
- Printing SSCC labels and putting away finished product
- Accepting deliveries, receipting, unpacking, sorting & checking goods received for quality, quantity, type, or size, securing proof of deliveries
- Working in the Auto Palletiser area
- Replenishing site waste bins throughout the shift
- Ability to generate dispatch manifests using our MRP
- Maintain good housekeeping and a clean work area in your assigned work area




- Perform all work in accordance with specifications, instructions, and requirements
- Perform all activities in compliance with the company's relevant OH&S; policies and procedures - safety first culture
- Other duties as directed by the logistics manager and supervisor

The successful candidate will have the following:

- Current forklift license (LF)
- Experience in loading and unloading trucks
- Prior counterbalance forklift experience
- RF scanning experience
- Good computer skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work autonomously, with a pro-active and positive approach
- Great communication skills in both written and spoken English
- A team player, willing to 'pitch in' and work with the team
- Reliable, with a healthy work ethic, and previously worked afternoon shift is an advantage
