About the role
You are part of an Administration team that supports the end‑to‑end operations of the Allied Health Assessment service, ensuring seamless workflows, compliant processes, and high‑quality client experience. The role underpins the organisation's ability to deliver safe, efficient, and professional care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage bookings, cancellations, waitlists, and clinician availability
- Maintain accurate scheduling and resourcing capability
- Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
- Maintain debtor control and respond to billing enquiries
- Uphold privacy requirements, organisational policies, and legislative obligations
- Manage workflows for clinicians and administrative staff
- Respond to client enquiries and process referrals
- Generate reports on bookings, satisfaction, utilisation, and profitability
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of staff
- Maintain equipment registers and coordinate servicing or replacement
About you
- Experience in healthcare or allied health practice administration
- Experience in office management
- Proficiency in practice management software
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Solid understanding of business operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Systems management and information security awareness
- Tertiary/TAFE qualification in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's Licence
