The Opportunity

A leading global insurer is looking for an experienced Scrum Lead to support a major technology and business transformation program. This is an opportunity to work within a complex, enterprise environment, helping agile teams deliver high-quality outcomes across a portfolio of strategic initiatives.

The Scrum Lead will be responsible for enabling effective Scrum practices, removing delivery impediments and creating an environment where cross-functional teams can perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Coach and support Scrum Teams, Product Owners and stakeholders in Agile principles and ways of working.
- Remove impediments and proactively address risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Support teams to establish clear sprint goals, manage backlogs and maintain a sustainable delivery cadence.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure priorities, requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly understood.
- Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, dependencies and key milestones to program and senior stakeholders.
- Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback and data-driven delivery insights.
- Help establish consistent Agile practices across multiple teams and workstreams.




- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support alignment across broader program and technology initiatives.
- Contribute to improving Agile maturity, delivery governance and team performance.

About You

You will be an experienced Scrum Lead, Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead with a strong track record working in complex enterprise environments.

You will bring:

- Strong experience leading Scrum or Agile delivery teams.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across technology, business and product teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile and continuous improvement principles.
- Proven ability to identify and remove delivery blockers.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks and competing priorities across multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience within insurance, financial services or another complex regulated environmentwould be highly regarded.
