- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or are working towards an approved qualification

- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Are reliable, professional and willing to contribute to a strong team culture

- Hold, or are willing to obtain, the required Working With Children Check and other role-specific requirements
