Roster: 14/7 available

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000

What This Role Involves

As a Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating a "home away from home" for our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing all site and contract-scoped accommodation and catering services.

- Overseeing accommodation reservation systems (VAMS, SAMS, RMS) smoothly and efficiently.

- Taking full responsibility for financial performance and P&L;, with a focus on labor and food costs.





- Fostering impeccable client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.

- Leading, developing, and mentoring a dedicated on-site team.

All About You

To thrive in this fast-paced, remote environment, you will need:

- Stable and progressive management experience within a remote or village environment.

- Exceptional administrative skills and experience with accommodation reservation systems.

- Strong financial acumen and a track record of managing P&L.;

- A resilient, professional, and 'can-do' attitude with a commitment to genuine customer service.

- Strict adherence to food and general safety practices.

- The ability to work long hours and adapt to varying degrees of heat, cold, and humidity.

- Highly Desirable: A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, a manual driver’s license, and a forklift ticket.
