We’re working with a well-established financial services organisation looking for an IT Operations Coordinator to join their technology team in Sydney CBD.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and confident communicator who enjoys coordinating across technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.

The Role

You’ll help coordinate day-to-day IT operations, ensuring incidents, actions, risks and projects are tracked and followed through.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating BAU IT operations across service desk, infrastructure and security
- Tracking incidents, requests, actions and operational tasks
- Supporting major incident coordination and communication
- Preparing reporting around service performance, SLAs, risks and vendor performance
- Coordinating between technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Supporting IT projects, migrations and business integration activities
- Maintaining IT processes, documentation and operational reporting
- Supporting service continuity and disaster recovery initiatives

About You





We’re looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A clear and confident communicator
- Comfortable working with technical teams through to senior stakeholders
- Calm and decisive when managing issues and competing priorities
- Strong at coordinating and following up actions
- Familiar with ITSM concepts, incidents, SLAs and escalation processes
