The Role

You'll work across Brisbanes Most Affluent Suburbs, speaking directly with homeowners about our premium window cleaning services.

Your day will involve:

- Speaking face-to-face with homeowners

- Building rapport and identifying customer needs

- Presenting our service using a proven sales process

- Providing simple, straightforward quotes

- Working towards individual and team targets

- Developing valuable communication, negotiation and sales skills

- Earning uncapped commissions based on your performance

Full product and sales training is provided.

Who We're Looking For

Previous sales experience is highly regarded, particularly in:

- Door-to-door sales

- Face-to-face sales

- Charity fundraising

- Solar or energy sales

- Telecommunications

- Retail sales

- Customer service

- Hospitality

However, previous sales experience isn't required.

We're more interested in finding people who are:

- Confident speaking with new people

- Competitive and goal-driven

- Positive and energetic

- Coachable and willing to learn

- Reliable and hardworking

- Motivated by performance and earning potential
