Event Waitstaff - The Grounds Group

The Grounds Group is looking for experienced, polished waitstaff to join our events team. You'll work across weddings, corporate events and fabulous gala dinners at our iconic venues delivering exceptional service from the moment guests arrive to the final farewell.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering seamless food and beverage service across various events - weddings, corporate, cocktail parties from 100 - 1000.

- Confidently carrying three plates and clearing with speed and professionalism

- 3-plate carry and 5-plate clear as well as confident tray service.

- Setting up and running banquet-style functions

- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and efficiency throughout service

What We're Looking For

- Well-presented and excellent English communication skills essential

- Previous experience as a section waiter in fine dining and events





- Confidence in premium table service

- The ability to work in a quick-paced environment

- A current NSW RSA certificate

- Full Australian working rights

- Weekend availability, including Fridays and Saturdays, plus evenings and peak event periods. Reliability is essential !
