Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, Arch Electrical Group is looking for both experienced A Grade Electricians and Site Foreman Electricians to join our team.

With projects located across Melbourne and surrounding areas, as well as the Geelong region, we’re looking for experienced electricians who take pride in their work, enjoy delivering quality commercial projects and want to be part of a supportive and professional team.

Whether you’re an experienced A Grade Electrician ready to hit the ground running or a Site Foreman with strong leadership and coordination skills, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

You’ll be working across a variety of commercial electrical projects, with responsibilities depending on your experience and position, including:

- Coordinating and completing electrical rough-ins and fit-offs

- Commercial switchboard installation and works

- Lighting control systems including C-Bus, DALI/Dynalite and KNX

- CAT6 and CAT6A installations

- Reading and interpreting electrical plans, schematics and wiring diagrams

- Coordinating electrical works and day-to-day site requirements where applicable

- Working independently while also being a valued member of the site team

- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

- Working safely and in accordance with all OH&S;/WHS requirements

- Communicating professionally with clients, site teams and other trades

- Leading and coordinating site teams where applicable to the Site Foreman role

Project Locations

Our current and upcoming projects are located across:





- Melbourne CBD and surrounding metropolitan areas

- Geelong and the surrounding region

Applicants should be comfortable working across project locations relevant to their role.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Have solid experience in commercial electrical projects

- Confident working autonomously and managing your own tasks

- A strong communicator with good customer service skills

- Reliable, organised and well presented

- A team player with a positive can-do attitude

- Someone who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship

- Committed to safety and maintaining a professional work environment

- Have strong leadership, coordination and site management skills if applying for a Site Foreman position

Required

- Current A Grade Electrical Licence

- Construction Industry Card / White Card

- Working with Children Check

- Police Check, where required
