F&B; Corporate Wait Staff & Attendants required for a number of different event at Morphettville Racecourse!

About the role

We are looking for experienced people to help on our Non-Race Day functions in a hospitality service role.

Key responsibilities

- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. ingredients or potential food allergies)

- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish

- Carry 3x plates with main plates

- Offer menu recommendations upon request

- Up-sell additional products when appropriate

- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software





- Communicate order details to the food caller

- Serve food and drink orders

- Provide recommendations on menu items, including drinks, to enhance the guest experience

- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

About you

- Experienced in hospitality service roles

- Able to carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to appropriate areas for cleaning

- Able to provide excellent customer service to guests

- Follow hygienic standards

- Able to work as part of a team and assist fellow colleagues

- Upholding a positive attitude
