Join Our SAP S/4HANA Transformation Journey

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP & Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our digital transformation journey.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role for an SAP professional with strong experience in Production Planning (PP) and a good understanding of the wider manufacturing and supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory and warehouse operations.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or broader manufacturing environments, who understand how SAP supports real-world production and supply chain operations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal teams and external implementation partners to help deliver and adopt SAP S/4HANA Cloud across our Australian operations.

Please note: This is an on-site position based in Blacktown, NSW. The role is initially offered as a fixed-term, full-time position, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. Interstate travel may be required during key project and Go-Live periods.

About the Role

As the SAP PP & Supply Chain Specialist, you will act as a key business-side SAP subject matter expert, with a primary focus on Production Planning and manufacturing processes and strong understanding of the connected supply chain.

You will work closely with manufacturing, planning, procurement, warehouse and other business teams, as well as our external implementation partners, to ensure SAP S/4HANA Cloud supports practical business requirements and delivers sustainable improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and contributing to the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud across manufacturing and supply chain processes.

- Acting as the key SAP business SME for Production Planning (PP).

- Translating business requirements into practical SAP processes and solutions.

- Reviewing proposed SAP solutions and configuration with external implementation partners.

- Facilitating workshops with manufacturing, planning, procurement and supply chain teams.





- Reviewing and documenting current and future-state business processes.

- Supporting solution design across PP and integrated supply chain processes.

- Ensuring effective integration between PP, MM, procurement, inventory, warehouse and other relevant SAP processes.

- Leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, defect triage and business sign-off.

- Supporting data validation and migration activities.

- Supporting business readiness, cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare.

- Supporting training, knowledge transfer and user adoption.

- Working with external system integrators to resolve issues and deliver project outcomes.

- Supporting site rollouts and operational readiness.

- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement following implementation.

- Building internal SAP knowledge and capability across the business.

SAP Production Planning (PP)

Strong SAP PP experience is central to this role.

You should have a solid understanding of manufacturing planning and execution processes, including:

- Demand and production planning

- MRP

- Production orders and production execution

- BOMs and routings

- Work centres

- Capacity planning

- Manufacturing master data

- Make-to-stock and make-to-order processes

- Integration between production, materials and warehouse processes

Supply Chain Integration

While SAP PP is the primary functional focus, you will need a strong understanding of the wider supply chain and how these processes connect with production.

Experience or strong working knowledge of:

- SAP MM / Procurement

- Inventory Management

- Warehouse / EWM processes

- Material movements and stock availability

- Purchasing and replenishment

- Goods receipt and goods issue

- Production-to-warehouse processes





- Integration between PP, MM, EWM and other business functions will be highly regarded.

We are looking for an SAP professional who brings:

- Experience working with external implementation partners or system integrators.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams.

- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving.

- Good understanding of MM, procurement, inventory and warehouse processes.

- Experience with data migration or system integration will be highly regarded.

- Experience with SAP BTP or related SAP technologies will be advantageous.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related discipline is desirable.
