Team Member – Nando’s Melton

About the role

Nando’s Melton is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly Team Members to join our team on a casual basis.

Whether you're serving customers, preparing food or helping keep the restaurant running smoothly, you'll be an important part of creating a great Nando’s experience.

No experience? No problem — we’ll train you! All we’re looking for is a great attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to be part of a team.

Key responsibilities

Kitchen / Food Preparation

- Prepare and cook food to Nando’s standards

- Assemble orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and kitchen standards

- Work as part of a fast-paced team

Customer Service

- Welcome customers and provide friendly service

- Take orders, process payments and deliver food

- Keep the restaurant clean and welcoming

- Support the team to deliver a great customer experience
