THE DETAILS

- Location: Braeside
- Employment type: Full-time
- Roster: 7 shifts per fortnight
- Hours: Day shift, 6:00am to 6:00pm
- Weekends: You'll need to be available every second weekend
- Pay: As per award

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Process Worker, you'll be hands-on in the heart of our bakery, helping turn quality ingredients into products people across Australia enjoy every day. No two days are exactly the same. You'll work across different areas of production and packaging, pick up new skills on a range of machines, and be part of a team that looks out for each other.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting production across different areas of the factory floor
- Operating and assisting with machinery in various departments
- Carrying out manual handling tasks
- Keeping food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards high at all times (including BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program)

ABOUT YOU

You're reliable, motivated and enjoy being part of a team that gets things done. You'll also bring:

- Experience in food manufacturing
- Experience working with live product such as dough or other active ingredients
- The ability to stay focused and work well in a fast-paced environment




- A solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirements
- Confidence using iPads or other digital tools for data entry
- A willingness to follow instructions and support your teammates

This is an active, physically demanding role. You'll be on your feet, lifting and moving throughout 12-hour shifts, so you'll need good fitness and stamina.
