We are currently seeking experienced Project Managers and Site Supervisors to join a growing team delivering projects across the data centre, power generation and critical infrastructure sectors.

These are exciting opportunities for people with strong site-based experience who want to work on major projects involving complex installation, construction and power infrastructure.

Site Supervisors : We are looking for Site Supervisors with experience working on data centre, power generation, electrical, mechanical or critical infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing installation works on site, managing crews and subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising installation and construction crews
- Managing daily site activities and subcontractors
- Coordinating mechanical and electrical installation works
- Reading and understanding drawings, plans and specifications
- Ensuring works are completed in line with project requirements
- Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and site resources
- Maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Conducting toolbox talks and supporting site safety requirements
- Monitoring progress and reporting back to the Project Manager
- Assisting with commissioning and project completion activities
- Managing site issues and coordinating solutions

Robust mechanical knowledge and hands-on installation experience within data centres,



power generation or similar environments is highly regarded.

Project Managers : We are seeking Project Managers for both site-based and office-based positions.

You will be a key point of contact throughout the planning and execution of projects, working closely with clients, internal teams, subcontractors and site personnel to ensure successful delivery.
Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and executing projects from commencement through to completion
- Resource and labour coordination
- Stakeholder and client communication
- Project scheduling and programme management
- Risk management and mitigation
- Labour and progress reporting
- Direct reporting to senior management
- Safety compliance and reporting
- Material and equipment coordination
- Managing subcontractors and project teams
- Monitoring project costs, budgets and variations
- Ensuring project milestones and deadlines are achieved
- Managing project documentation and reporting
- Supporting commissioning, handover and project close-out
