Havig & Jackson Real Estate is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our close-knit team and manage a well-maintained residential portfolio. You will work alongside experienced industry professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Confidently step into the role and become a valued member of the team
About you
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Residential Property Management
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Solid organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience with PropertyMe (preferred but not essential)
- Commercial experience an advantage but not necessary
