Link Airways and Corporate Air provide airline and air charter services to customers in eastern and southern Australia.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Stores Officer to join our team in either Brisbane, Goulburn or Canberra. We are looking for a person with an eye for detail to assist with end-to-end material and logistics support.

Working in a quick-paced aviation environment, you will support the Stores team in managing aircraft parts, inventory control, and logistics operations.

About You

- Store and warehousing experience within a maintenance workplace.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good organisational and time management skills.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar).

- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Whilst not essential, a working knowledge of WinAir would be greatly desirable.

- Experience handling Dangerous Goods desirable.

- Ability to work a shift roster (when needed).

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Australian working rights.

- Current driver’s licence (manual preferred).

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ASIC security check.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate and assist in all store’s functions including parts issuing and receipting, inventory management and tool control.

- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch items in accordance with aviation standards

- Assist in the tracking and follow up on open purchase orders with suppliers.





- Maintain precise inventory records using computer systems

- Assist with management of repairable components.

- Assist with compliant receipt /dispatch, storge and management of aircraft parts and materials across all company locations. Including stock rotation and tracking of shelf life.

- Assist with compliant tracking of all calibrated tools across all company locations.

- Assist in the management of all stock movements (internal & external) and openly investigate discrepancies that arise.

- Safely load/unload delivery vehicles.

- Ensure all materials onsite in inventory meet spec requirements and are in new or suitably repaired condition

- Assist maintenance with the mobilisation and demobilisation of freight to and from other bases.
