My client is a small, hands-on packaging company with a team looking for someone who can keep customer jobs moving. This role combines customer service, quoting and production coordination. You’ll support the team across the day-to-day work and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the business grows.

About the role
You’ll be a key point of contact for customers while coordinating the practical steps needed to get their jobs quoted, scheduled and delivered. Some days will be busy, so you’ll need to be comfortable switching between customer enquiries, job details and production priorities.

Your work will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries and keeping clients informed.
- Preparing quotes and following up on job requirements.




- Creating accurate job bags and checking specifications before work proceeds.
- Coordinating jobs through the business and tracking deadlines.
- Managing outsourced work and following up with suppliers.
- Supporting the wider team with customer service, administration and day-to-day problem solving.
- Picking up issues early and helping keep jobs on track.

About you

You’ll have experience in print at a minimum, ideally in a customer service, internal account management, traffic or production coordination role. Packaging experience would be useful but isn’t essential.

You’ll understand the importance of accurate job details, clear communication and following work through to completion. You can manage several jobs at once, stay organised when priorities change and are happy to roll up your sleeves to get the essential work done.
