We're partnering with a highly regarded design-led studio recognised for delivering award-winning multi-residential developments across Australia. With a strong pipeline of luxury residential projects, they are seeking a Senior Architect to play a key role in leading project delivery from concept through to completion.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where design excellence, technical quality, and career progression are genuinely valued.

As a Senior Architect, you'll take ownership of complex multi-residential projects, leading consultant coordination, client engagement, and project delivery while mentoring junior team members. You'll work closely with senior leadership on projects that positively shape urban communities and set current benchmarks in residential design.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead high-end multi-residential projects throughout all project phases
- Coordinate consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders
- Oversee documentation, design development, and project delivery
- Manage client relationships and project outcomes




- Mentor and support architects and graduates within the team
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards

About You

- Registered Architect
- Proven experience delivering large-scale multi-residential projects
- Strong technical and construction documentation capabilities
- Excellent consultant coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Revit
- Passion for quality architecture and design excellence
