Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical delivery and documentation of prestigious private residential schemes, ensuring design integrity and precision from inception to completion.

- Review and coordinate detailed drawing sets to maintain high standards and facilitate seamless project progression.

- Support project teams with technical guidance, liaising with consultants and clients to troubleshoot site issues with confident, technical solutions.

- Manage RFI processes efficiently, prioritising clarity and accuracy to keep projects on track.

- Uphold quality assurance standards.

- Act as a key point of contact during project phases, providing leadership and support to elevate the team’s delivery.

- Embrace a collaborative studio culture that values technical mastery, detailed craftsmanship, and creative problem solving.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in high-end residential architecture, with a proven track record in delivering luxury homes.

- Proficient in 3D Vectorworks and SketchUp.

- Extensive knowledge of technical detailing, documentation,



and quality assurance within the residential sector.

- Hands-on experience in coordinating design teams and managing consultant communications.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve site issues through technical expertise and clear communication.

- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a supportive, collaborative environment.
