Bayside Health was formed following the merger of Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health, Gippsland Southern Health Service, Kooweerup Regional Health Service and Peninsula Health on 1 January 2026.

The Team & Role
Sandringham Hospital is a trusted healthcare provider in Melbourne's Bayside community, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of hospital and maternity services. With contemporary facilities, advanced technology, and a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, the hospital is committed to providing safe, compassionate, and personalised care.

Sandringham Hospital provides maternity care for women with uncomplicated pregnancies, including singleton pregnancies, gestational diabetes and planned repeat caesarean sections. Women can access care through the hospital's Maternity Clinic, a Bayside Health specialist obstetrician,



or the Shared Care Program in partnership with their GP or private midwife. You will become a part of a team that supports each other to provide continuity and clinical excellence; working in a purpose-built environment designed to enhance safety, comfort and collaboration. Skills & Experience Required

- Current, condition free AHPRA Registration
- Completion of a graduate program or equivalent experience
- Unlimited working rights in Australia Well developed Midwifery Skills
- Holds a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Victorian Drivers Licence
