About the role

Perfect Gym Solutions is a quick-growing, SaaS business serving the fitness industry globally. We're looking for a generalist support coordinator to join our Melbourne team, working closely with the Director and acting as the local link to our global People & Culture team. This is a hands-on role split evenly across two areas: HR & Office Management, and Finance & Hardware/Consumables Administration. You'll be the person who keeps the office running, supports our people processes locally, and handles day-to-day finance and equipment logistics for customers.

Key responsibilities

- Act as the local liaison with our global People & Culture team

- Support onboarding, offboarding and general employee lifecycle admin

- Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees

- Assist with payroll administration and WHS/wellbeing initiatives

- Manage office supplies, facilities, travel and company events

- Be the first point of contact for office tech issues (liaising with IT)





- Support leadership with general ad hoc admin tasks

- Process customer invoices, reconcile payments and chase overdue accounts

- Handle billing queries via Zendesk and SMS billing admin

- Raise purchase orders and obtain customer quotes for hardware and consumables

About you

- 1–3 years' general administration experience (HR, finance or office admin backgrounds all welcome)

- Business degree or equivalent

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently with minimal day-to-day supervision

- Practical, organised, and happy switching between people, finance and logistics tasks
