Kitchen Hand & Customer Service Team Member

Join the team at Caspian Persian Restaurant! We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Persian speaking team member who can help in the kitchen and provide welcoming service to our customers.

Caspian is a quick-paced restaurant, so every shift calls for teamwork, attention to detail and a willingness to jump in where needed. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in preparing excellent food and making customers feel welcome.

What you’ll do:
Assist with food preparation and day-to-day kitchen tasks
Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised
Help the team stay on top of tasks during busy service periods
Greet customers, assist with orders and provide friendly customer service
Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house team members





What we’re looking for:
Kitchen experience and customer service experience are both a must
Ability to speak Persian
Confidence working in a rapid-paced workplace
A reliable, positive attitude and robust teamwork
Basic English to communicate with customers and colleagues; fluent English is not required

Pay: $25.74 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
