YAY Today is a Melbourne-based NDIS provider. We’re seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker in Clayton to provide respectful, person-centred support.
You’ll assist participants with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation and community access according to their support plans. You’ll encourage independence, build trusting relationships and complete explicit shift notes.
Requirements
Experience supporting people with disability or mental health conditions
Availability for all three listed shifts
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Eligibility to work in Australia
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain them before starting
A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Community Services is preferred.
