We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team in Townsville, Queensland. The role involves providing assessment and evidence-based intervention to paediatric clients, with a focus on communication, speech, language, and neurodevelopmental needs. Both early-career and experienced Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision, professional development and relocation support are available.

Salary: AUD 95,000 – AUD 120,000 + Superannuation

Must-Have Criteria
Relevant Speech Pathology / Speech-Language Pathology qualification
Current or eligible Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
Australian work rights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Good-to-Have:
Paediatric Speech Pathology experience
Experience working with neurodevelopmental conditions
Experience collaborating with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology / Speech-Language Pathology

Develop individualized therapy and intervention plans.
Deliver evidence-based speech pathology interventions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
Contribute to clinical service improvement and career development.
