Job Title: Prep Chef (Italian Cuisine) – Tuesday to Friday

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Prep Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early starts and finishing early in the day, while working in a focused and qualified environment.

Working Hours:
Tuesday to Friday
Early start, early finish schedule
Maximum 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and components for service
Assist with daily kitchen prep following set recipes and methods
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety




Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:
Proven experience in Italian cuisine
Solid ability to follow specific instructions and recipes precisely
Valuable time management and organisation skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early shifts
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
