We are seeking experienced Chefs de Partie to work in the Mains/Grill Section and a Breakfast Chef at our busy restaurant serving up-to-date Italian and casual cuisine at Southbank/CBD. The location is easily accessed by public transport.
We have exciting opportunities for experienced casual Chefs to join our busy team.
These positions report directly to the Head Chef.
Experience will include: extensive food and product knowledge, provision of consistent quality and presentation in a rapid paced high volume setting, ability to work under pressure at times, working within a team and minimum 3 years experience working in the Mains/Grill section of the kitchen or Breakfast.
The Mains/Grill position is 5 dinner shifts per week including weekends and public holidays (around 25 hours per week).
The Breakfast Chef position is weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) and Mondays working from around 6.00am/7.00am to 4.00pm (around 24 to 30 hours per week).
