About the role

Scratchers Nail Boutique is looking for an experienced Nail Technician to join our team across our Hawthorne and Teneriffe salons. We have an established, loyal clientele who value beautiful nails, consistent quality, professional service and genuine relationships with their technicians. We are looking for someone who is already confident in their craft and can step into a busy salon environment and hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level Nail Technician position.

Key responsibilities
Acrylic nail enhancements
Gel / builder gel services
Gel polish
Manicures
Pedicures
Nail art
Qualified nail preparation, shaping and finishing
Client consultations and aftercare
Conduct consultations and understand detailed client requests
Explain services and aftercare to clients

About you
Minimum of 2 years' skilled salon experience required
Solid professional salon experience and confident performing all listed services




Efficient technician who understands how to work within salon appointment times while maintaining an excellent standard of workmanship
Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Professional and well presented
Warm and confident with clients
Calm and organised in a busy salon
Comfortable managing an established appointment book
A genuine team player
