Clark Rubber is a retail icon in the Australian market and is well known for its foam, rubber and pool categories.

A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced swimming pool technician to join the Clark Rubber Bundoora team. While predominantly out on the road, some retail shop work may be required during the colder months of the year.

The successful candidate will:

Key responsibilities and duties include, without limitation:
General pool maintenance including cleaning, testing and balancing domestic swimming pools
Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaners
Providing quotations for services and equipment including installation of items such as pumps, chlorinators, filters and pool blankets




Providing technical advice and assistance to consumers with relation to pool maintenance and care
Assisting other store staff with development of knowledge in the swimming pool sector of the business.
Sales and installation of recent equipment
Conducting water tests and assisting store customers with product selection when not required onsite
Schedule and inventory management.
Other tasks as directed
All training will be provided

Candidates should have:
A current Victorian driver's license with a good driving record
Previous plumbing, electrical or gas experience would be an advantage but not essential
Solid customer focus and a history of building a customer base

It is a casual position to start with but can lead to permanent full time / Part time position depending on the performance.
