Monday – Thursday: 2:55 PM – 10:55 PMFriday: 11:55 AM – 4:55 PM(Overtime may be required depending on production needs)
About the Role

We are looking for reliable Process Workers to support production across the corrugator and converting areas. This is a flexible, hands-on role — you may work in different areas of the factory depending on daily needs. No specialist experience is required; we just need someone willing to learn, follow instructions, and work safely around manufacturing equipment.

Key Duties
Support production teams across the corrugator and converting areas
Product handling, packing, stacking, bundling, strapping, labelling and palletising
Assist with machine loading/unloading, clearing product and basic changeover support
Conduct basic quality checks and report defects or issues
Maintain a clean, protected work area and general housekeeping
Follow site safety procedures and supervisor directions
Work as part of a team to meet daily production, safety and delivery targets




Move between work areas as required to support changing priorities

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or process work preferred
Experience with cardboard/packaging/FMCG is an advantage but not essential
Robust safety focus, comfortable working around moving equipment
Good attention to detail, especially for quality checks
Reliable, punctual, and able to keep pace in a fast-paced team setting
Basic English communication skills required
Forklift licence is a bonus but not essential

Requirements
Able to work long shifts involving standing, lifting, bending and manual handling
Willing to complete site induction and safety training
Must supply own steel-cap safety boots and hi-vis clothing
Must arrange own transport and accommodation

*Please note: This is a manufacturing environment involving moving equipment and higher noise levels. The role requires extended standing, manual handling, and flexibility for reasonable overtime.

Pay: $36.87 – $46.08 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
