We are looking for Disability Support workers with experience in Autism and behavior management to join our Moreton Bay Team.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Assistance with clients' daily living activities and social outings as per participants daily activity schedule.
Support clients' mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
General household tasks including cleaning, laundry, bedmaking, meal preparation.
Implement care plans and positive behavior support strategies.
Administration of medication
Complete documentation and reporting
Maintain privacy and confidentiality of clients.

Qualifications

You require or be willing to obtain the following:
Disability Qualification Cert 3 (Or undergoing current course)
Current holder of both Yellow and Blue Cards
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
Current Australian Driver's License and your own registered motor vehicle in a roadworthy condition with comprehensive insurance
Certificate of Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
Manual Handling
Experience in Management of Complex Behaviors
