CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator – Turning (Miyano)

Enjoy taking a precision component from drawing to finished part? Perfectune Engineering is looking for an experienced CNC turning specialist to program, set and operate our Fanuc controlled Miyano turning centres.

You’ll work on a variety of precision components in our Braeside workshop. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in accurate work, can keep machines running efficiently and works well when deadlines are tight.

What you’ll bring
At least 5 years’ experience with CNC turning on Miyano machines
Experience programming, setting and operating Fanuc controlled turning centres
Confidence reading, interpreting and editing CNC machine code




The ability to read engineering drawings and work to dimensions and tolerances in both metric and imperial units
Mechanical or engineering qualifications, or equivalent practical experience
A sharp eye for detail, a reliable approach and clear communication skills

Experience with Mastercam or SurfCAM would be an advantage.

This is an in office role in Braeside, VIC, with an immediate start available. Full time hours, overtime and superannuation are offered.
