· We are a busy and well-established seafood business in Sydney and are currently looking for a Fish Filleter (all rounder) to join our team.

This is a long-term, stable position with consistent hours.

About the role

Your main duties will include:
Cleaning and filleting fish
Fish cutting and portioning
Removing skin and bones
Preparing seafood for customers and orders
General seafood shop duties
Maintaining a clean and organised work area

About you

Experienced candidates are preferred, especially those with previous experience working in a seafood shop, fish market or fish processing setting.

However, if you have no previous experience, we are also happy to provide training.
