Prospect exist for a Building Manager to work closely with the Operations Manager on site and upskill their experience assisting with the management of our full time commercial building located at Ultimo.

Responsibilities

Working Monday to Friday and reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties include:
Initial point of telephone and email contact for owners, tenants, agents and service providers.
Manage repairs and maintenance process including supervising contractors.
Prepare correspondences and reports.
Manage portfolio compliance (AFSS, Insurance, Work Health & Safety, Contractor compliance etc).
General Admin tasks.

Candidate
Enthusiasm for customer service.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Ability to manage different stakeholders.
Prior building management or strata experience preferred.
