Part-Time Trainer – Melbourne
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Position: Part-Time | 1–2 days per week
Days: Sunday and/or Monday
Pay: $45–$50 per hour
Travel: Occasional travel to other cities may be required. Travel and accommodation provided.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Trainer with a strong background in the furniture removals and transport industry to train and support our on-road teams.

Key Training Areas
Customer service and skilled customer interactions
Driver induction and on-road training
Furniture handling, loading/unloading and safe goods handling
Qualified delivery practices and presentation
Practical training and coaching of on-road teams

Requirements
4–5+ years’ experience in the transport/furniture removals industry – essential




Solid understanding of transport operations and on-road delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident working with drivers and delivery teams
Comfortable conducting practical, hands-on training
Available to work Sundays and/or Mondays
Willing to travel occasionally when required
No students – experienced transport professionals only

Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
