About the role

MHI Roofing is hiring a full-time Metal Roofer for immediate start. This is a hands-on site role working as part of an experienced crew stripping old roofs and installing new metal roofing systems to a high standard. The company does residential and commercial work across Brisbane and South East Queensland — metal roof replacements, and tile-to-metal replacements with recent Colorbond / metal roofs.

Key responsibilities
Installing new metal / Colorbond roofs on residential and commercial jobs
Replacing existing metal roofs
Replacing tile roofs with new metal roofs
Flashings, cappings, ridge, valleys, barges and associated rainwater goods
Working safely at heights and keeping a tidy, qualified site
Following plans, specs and MHI quality standards

About you
Minimum 1 year experience on metal roofs (required)




Current White Card — attach a copy
Current Working at Heights ticket — attach a copy
Full-time availability and able to start immediately
Right to work in Australia
Reliable, safety-focused, and proud of workmanship
Driver's licence and own transport
Experience on both residential and commercial roofs (not essential)
EWP / harness experience
