HRMR Driver - Glass Product Deliveries | Royal Park & Melrose Park

Our client is urgently seeking an experienced HR/ MR Driver to join their team delivering plate glass products throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area. Based between their glass manufacturing facilities in Royal Park and Melrose Park, this is a casual position offering 38 hours per week, with an early start time of 6:00am.

This is an excellent prospect to work with a well-established company offering a one truck, one driver policy, a well-maintained fleet, and the potential for permanent employment following a successful qualifying period.

Key Requirements

While industry training will be provided, the ideal candidate will have:
Current and valid MR or HR Driver's Licence
Proven, reliable work history
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
Robust punctuality and reliability
Excellent attention to detail




Valuable communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
Customer-focused attitude with a positive, can-do approach
Physical fitness and the ability to safely load and unload heavy materials
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and oral drug test
Current Police Clearance

Desirable (but not essential)
Previous experience within the glass manufacturing industry
Knowledge of glass products and handling procedures

YOU MUST HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
