Wildflower Society is opening a new café at Westfield Hurstville, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our front-of-house team.

We’re hiring cashiers and floor staff who enjoy busy café service, take pride in looking after customers and work well as part of a team. Training will take place at our existing cafés before opening.

What you’ll do
Welcome customers and help them feel looked after
Take orders and payments accurately
Run food and drinks, transparent tables and keep the café presentation sharp
Work with the kitchen and coffee team to keep service moving
Learn our menu so you can answer questions and make recommendations

What we’re looking for
A warm, confident approach to customer service




Reliability, good communication and attention to detail
The ability to stay organised during busy periods
Availability for weekday and weekend shifts

Café or hospitality experience is preferred, especially for cashier applicants, but we’re also happy to hear from people with a excellent attitude who are keen to learn.
