Point Tutoring is a student-focused, boutique tutoring centre in Hurstville. We're looking for two dedicated maths tutors to teach primary (K–6) and Year 7 students. We'd love you to start immediately during these school holidays, or from the start of Term 4 at the latest.

The role
Teaching small-group maths classes for primary and Year 7 students
Available needed: Monday to Friday 4pm–8pm, and weekends 9am–8pm (specific time will be negotiated)
Lesson resources provided, with support from an experienced team

Pay and growth
Starting from $30/hr, casual
Paid trial period to make sure it's a excellent fit for both of us

About you




Robust maths knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Good at engaging young learners and managing a small class
Reliable, punctual and looking for a long-term role
Current NSW Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain one before starting)
Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus. Uni students in education, maths or related fields are encouraged to apply.
