What We Look For:
Leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
A natural ability to inspire, train, and support a team
A passion for genuine hospitality and elevating the guest experience
Strong communication and organisational skills




Physically capable of assisting with restaurant and event setups
Availability for a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

Your Responsibilities Are:
Lead service during restaurant shifts, ensuring smooth operations and elevated guest experiences
Guide and motivate front-of-house team members with explicit communication and energy
Oversee restaurant floor presentation and cleanliness throughout each service
Act as the key contact for guest feedback during your shift, resolving issues with professionalism
Contribute to ongoing staff training and support onboarding of recent team members
