We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and courageous individuals to join our Southern Tasmania Operations Team in Hobart’s northern suburbs as Casual Support Professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide personal care with dignity and respect
Safely perform manual handling tasks
Support daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activities
Administer medication and monitor wellbeing
Work as part of a purpose-driven, compassionate team

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who is:
Brave and compassionate — ready to support people with complex needs
Adaptable and reliable — comfortable with varied shifts, including overnight
A team player — communicates clearly and works collaboratively
Committed to safety and quality — follows care plans and reporting protocols





What You’ll Need (or can obtain)
Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred)
Unrestricted full driver’s licence
National Police Check
Working with Vulnerable People Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate/s
