Bar Supervisor / Manager – Red Lion Hotel Kilmore

We’re looking for a confident Bar Supervisor / Manager to help lead our front of house team at the Red Lion Hotel Kilmore. You’ll keep the bar running smoothly, support staff during busy services and help create a welcoming experience for our guests.

What you’ll do:
Lead and support bar and front of house staff during service
Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and stock control
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and presentation
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Assist with rosters, staff training and day-to-day venue operations
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and venue policies are followed





What we’re looking for:
Experience supervising or managing a busy hospitality venue
Robust leadership and communication skills
Confidence working hands-on during peak periods
A current Victorian RSA certificate
Availability for evenings and weekends
