About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead this busy fashion store at Harbour Town Gold Coast.
n
You will take ownership of the store's overall performance, leading from the front to drive sales, develop your team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to create a strong sales culture. Best of all, you'll enjoy a Tuesday to Saturday roster, giving you every Sunday and Monday off.

Skills and Experience

Previous Store Management experience within fashion or a fast-paced retail environment
n
Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
n
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people
n
Commercial mindset with an understanding of wages, stock and operational performance
n
Confident visual merchandising skills and strong attention to detail
n
Passion for fashion, styling and delivering an exceptional customer experience
n
Energetic, positive and comfortable leading from the shop floor
