Cater Care is looking for an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team and partner with leaders across our diverse Australian business. This is a permanent part time opportunity of approximately 28 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position. With hybrid working and flexible schedule, this is a role designed to make your expertise work for both the business and your life.

More than an advisory role

Working closely with our Group Workplace Relations Manager, you'll provide practical,



commercially focused advice across a broad range of workplace relations matters.

You'll have the opportunity to:
Provide practical advice to leaders on performance, disciplinary, behavioural and conduct matters.
Support leaders to navigate grievances, employee concerns and sensitive workplace issues.
Interpret and provide advice on the Fair Work Act, employment contracts and industrial instruments.
Plan and conduct workplace investigations, including developing evidence plans, interviewing witnesses, assessing information and preparing clear, well-reasoned findings reports.
Review and continuously improve our ER/IR policies, procedures and practices.
Contribute to broader Workplace Relations initiatives that strengthen our people practices and make a meaningful difference across the business.
Continue developing your advocacy skills, including opportunities to represent Cater Care in the Fair Work and EEO Commissions.
