Quality Control: Maintain high standards of meat preparation, breakdown, and presentation.
Customer Service:

Stock Management: Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and minimising waste.
Hygiene & Safety: Ensure the shop complies with all food safety and health regulations.

What We Are Looking For
Qualified Butcher: Trade certificate in meat processing is essential.
Leadership Potential: Previous experience as a 2IC or a solid desire to step up when needed.
Reliable & Driven: A strong work ethic with excellent communication skills.
Presentation Skills: Pride in creating clean, eye-catching cabinet displays.
