Emerge Steakhouse is a busy, premium dining restaurant located in the heart of the Geelong CBD, and we're currently looking for experienced casual floor staff to join our team.

We're searching for someone with a warm, friendly personality who genuinely enjoys hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. A beautiful presence on the floor, confidence with customers, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment are highly valued.

About the role:

n

Casual floor staff position

n

Flexible hours available, from a couple of shifts per week through to more substantial hours for the right candidate

n

Lunch and dinner service, 7 days a week

n

Weekend and night availability is essential

n

Opportunity to quickly progress through award levels

n





Ongoing wine education and WSET training opportunities available for the right candidate

n

What we're looking for:

n

Minimum 18 years of age

n

Previous hospitality experience is essential

n

Current RSA required

n

Wine knowledge is highly regarded

n

Steak and premium dining knowledge advantageous

n

Solid communication skills and a team-focused attitude

n

Reliability, professionalism, and positive energy on the floor

n
