Live in/On-site Duty Manager with Accomodation (Immediate start, sponsorship opportunity)

In office Duty Manager

Quest Melbourne Airport is looking for an experienced and motivated hands on On-site Duty Manager to join our team. Its a hand-ons role and you are trusted to manage operations and guest experience independently.

Key Responsibilities
Work 5-day rotating roster across front office shifts (mostly afternoon).
Deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to departure
Manage reservations (phone, online, in-person)
Handle guest issues confidently and independently
Drive upselling and revenue opportunities
Operate the airport shuttle (Full Driver’s Licence required)
Serve Alcohol (RSA required or willing to obtain before start of employment)
Maintain presentation of reception and public areas
Support and guide junior team members when required
Attend to after hour calls and request - 7 days a week

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3+ year hospitality / hotel / customer service experience
Strong front office/GSA background (hotel experience preferred)




Confident working independently and making decisions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Full Victoria Driver’s Licence (essential)
RSA Victoria (or willingness to obtain)
Availability for evenings, weekends, and rotating roster
This role requires to stay in office and attend after hours calls 7 nights a week.
