About the role

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic All Rounders to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You will support the day-to-day operation of our stores while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and exceptional customer service
Serve gelato, coffee and other products
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee
Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support daily store operations
Work collaboratively as part of a team
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for every customer
Work across multiple store locations as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:




Previous experience in a café, restaurant, fast food or hospitality environment
At least 6 months' experience in an all-rounder or similar role
Barista experience is highly regarded
Strong customer service and communication skills
A friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
Reliability and a solid work ethic
The ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great customer experiences
Availability to work weekends
Ability and willingness to travel to all of our store locations — Hamilton, Bowen Hills and Recent Farm
