The Role

Stepping into a high-visibility support role, you will act as the pivotal operational anchor for a renowned Practice Leader managing major class action matters. This is a fast-paced setting where your administrative prowess will directly drive large-scale litigation outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

High-level executive calendar management and email prioritisation
n
Drafting and formatting complex court books, class action documentation, and correspondence
n
Managing heavy billing cycles, trust accounting, and financial reporting
n
Coordinating extensive counsel briefs, expert witness schedules, and conferences
n




Managing complex travel itineraries and logistics
n
Acting as a primary point of contact for high-profile stakeholder and client liaison
n
Comprehensive matter management and file coordination
n

About You

You are a seasoned legal support professional with a sharp intellect, exceptional communication skills, and a background in heavy litigation or class actions.

n

Advanced proficiency in MS Office and legal database systems
n
Lightning-fast, accurate typing and document production
n
Immaculate attention to detail and a calm, proactive approach under pressure
