Customer Service Representative | $65k to $75k + super

What you'll own

n

Every inbound enquiry by phone, email and web, handled within our service standards

n

Warranty claims from first contact to resolution, working with our technical team

n

Order, delivery and dispatch updates,



so customers never have to chase you

n

Spare parts, repairs, replacements and returns, logged cleanly in HubSpot and NetSuite

n

Flagging recurring problems so we fix the cause, and turning well-handled issues into reviews

n

The challenge:you are the voice of the brand after the sale. When something goes wrong, customers remember how you handled it, not what broke.

n

You'll fit if you

n

Have 2+ years in customer service, after-sales, warranty or a service desk

n

Stay calm with frustrated people and follow through without being chased

n

Write clearly and correctly, because most of this job is written

n

Can keep dozens of open issues moving without dropping one

n

Are confident with CRMs, MS Office and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT

n

Highly regarded:warranty or technical product experience, a background in equipment, trades or automotive, HubSpot or NetSuite, a passion for fitness, and a sense of humour.

n

In office at Upper Coomera, Monday to Friday. Australian work rights required.
